Welcome to Daily Catholic Prayers (dailycatholicprayers.com). This website is owned and operated by Daily Prayer LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Daily Prayer LLC," "we," "us"). By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we offer

Daily Catholic Prayers publishes traditional Catholic prayers free of charge for anyone to read and use. No account or payment is needed to read the prayers on this site.

We also offer optional support plans. A support plan is a purchase of access to prayer resources from Daily Prayer LLC, such as members-only prayer resources, printable guides and supporter updates. Support plans are sold through Wix Pricing Plans and processed by our payment provider.

2. Support plans and prices

All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Monthly Supporter – $5/month: a subscription billed $5 each month on the date of purchase until you cancel.
Support Daily Catholic Prayers – $5, $10 or $25: a single one-time payment. These plans do not renew and you will not be billed again.

Prices may change. If the price of the monthly subscription changes, we will tell you by email before the new price applies to you, and you may cancel before then. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Support plan payments are purchases from Daily Prayer LLC, a for-profit business. They are not tax-deductible.

3. Refund & Cancellation

Cancel anytime. You can cancel the Monthly Supporter subscription at any time from your member account (log in, open My Account, then My Subscriptions, and choose Cancel), or by emailing admin@dailyprayergroup.com with "Daily Catholic Prayers" in the subject line and the email address you used to sign up. Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

No refunds for past billing periods. Except as required by law, payments for billing periods that have already started or ended, and one-time payments, are not refunded.

Accidental charges. If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate payment or a renewal you meant to cancel), email admin@dailyprayergroup.com with "Daily Catholic Prayers" in the subject line within 7 days of the charge. We review each request case by case and, if approved, refund to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable law.

4. Your account

If you create a member account, keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the site.

5. Content and copyright

The prayer texts published on this site are traditional prayers in the public domain, and the artwork we use is public domain. You are free to pray, copy and share these prayer texts.

The website itself, including its design, layout, logo, graphics, compilations, introductions, original commentary, printable files and other original material, is owned by Daily Prayer LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our pages and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy or republish our original material or printable resources for commercial use without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to break or overload it, access accounts that are not yours, scrape it in bulk, post unlawful or abusive content, or use it to send spam.

7. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. No warranties

The site and all resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. The content is for personal devotion and general information; it is not official Church teaching, and it is not spiritual direction or professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Prayer LLC and its members, managers and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any support plan. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a support plan is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects paid subscribers, we will also notify them by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
