Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from the Daily Catholic Prayers shop at dailycatholicprayers.com, which is owned and operated by Daily Prayer LLC.

 

1. What we sell

 

Our shop sells instant-download printable PDFs: the 2027 Catholic Liturgical Calendar, the 2027 Catholic Prayer Diary, the Holy Souls booklet, the Advent guide and the novena pack. There is no shipping, because all of our products are digital. Your download link appears right after checkout and is also sent to your email.

 

2. All sales are generally final

 

Because the files are delivered instantly, sales of digital products are generally final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

 

3. When we will make it right

 

If a file won't download, is damaged, or you were charged twice for the same order, email us within 30 days of purchase. We will send you a working file or give you a full refund.

 

4. How to request help or a refund

 

Email admin@dailyprayergroup.com with "Daily Catholic Prayers – Refund request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We reply as quickly as we can, usually within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

 

5. Support payments

 

Support payments (the one-time plans and the $5/month Monthly Supporter plan) can be canceled anytime. See our Terms of Use for how to cancel and how refunds work for support plans.
